The Community Disability Housing Program (CDHP) provides supported accommodation options for people with disabilities who require assistance to live independently in the community. Alliance Housing leases properties from the Housing Authority for tenants who have appropriate support arrangements in place to help sustain independent living. This support is funded by the Department of Health, the Disability Services Commission, and/or the Mental Health Commission.
We also work in partnership with local support agencies to provide the specialised support that these tenants require. Alliance Housing has developed management agreements with South West support agencies to fulfil the objectives of this program.
