The Community Housing Program (CHP) is a WA State Government program administered by the Housing Authority, which occasionally allocates housing stock to Alliance Housing. We take responsibility for tenancy and property management. This program provides rental housing for people in need and is an alternative to public housing. Tenants receive secure tenure and access to affordable accommodation. As part of the CHP, tenants have the opportunity to be involved in the development and ongoing management of housing stock. The program also forges links to local community support, particularly for people with special needs.
