Electra Lane, TreendaleThis duplex comprises 3 x 2 units on both sides, built to accommodate families. Since construction the units have been vacated only once each as they are modern and sought after. The units present very well, and the tenants are to be commended for their efforts.
Flynn Street, BunburyThere are five units on this site, all designed with the universal standards relating to disability housing. The location of the units gives the tenants access to shopping centres, bus routes and support facilities. These units are very well maintained and extremely popular with prospective clients.
Moira Road, CollieAlliance Housing purchased two units, both 3 x 2, in a complex of 12 units in Collie to house families. The units are very well constructed by a local Collie builder, and maintained by the tenants to a high level. Collie is a town that needs new housing to replace some very old housing stock.
