Alliance Housing

Our Properties

Alliance Housing partners with government, community groups and private landlords to provide, develop and maintain affordable and practical housing options for our clients. Doing the groundwork on what kind of properties are in demand is important to us: we meet with existing and potential clients to find out what they are looking for, and what is important to them.

We are proactive in creating affordable housing in the South West. We meet our clients needs by transferring, purchasing, building, demolishing and developing properties as needed to grow our portfolio of affordable housing. We currently manage 130 properties around WA, housing more than 200 adults and children.
We are one of the top 10 community housing providers in WA, with properties spread throughout Australind, Bunbury, Collie, Eaton, Busselton, Manjimup, Nannup, Donnybrook and Narrogin.

Bridge Street Affordable Housing Project (Donnybrook)
Alliance Housing awarded $2 million to build 11 new independent living units

The state government under the Regional Aged Accommodation Program (RAAP) has made $2M available as a grant to assist in the construction of 11 units of housing for aged people in the town of Donnybrook. This grant is part of the total of $3.375M to complete the project. Alliance Housing is contributing $875,000, and the Shire of Donnybrook/Balingup providing the land and a cash contribution. It is envisaged the project will be completed in mid 2020

Electra Lane, Treendale

This duplex comprises 3 x 2 units on both sides, built to accommodate families. Since construction the units have been vacated only once each as they are modern and sought after. The units present very well, and the tenants are to be commended for their efforts.

Flynn Street, Bunbury

There are five units on this site, all designed with the universal standards relating to disability housing. The location of the units gives the tenants access to shopping centres, bus routes and support facilities. These units are very well maintained and extremely popular with prospective clients.

Moira Road, Collie

Alliance Housing purchased two units, both 3 x 2, in a complex of 12 units in Collie to house families. The units are very well constructed by a local Collie builder, and maintained by the tenants to a high level. Collie is a town that needs new housing to replace some very old housing stock.

Thyme Way, Glen Iris

This is our newest construction project - a specifically designed home for a person with a disability and their carer. As the client will require 24/7 assistance, the provision of a separate bedroom for the Support Worker is part of the construction.

About us

Alliance Housing is an independent and sustainable Community Housing Provider, working in conjunction with the residential tenancies act and priding ourselves on providing high quality housing services to our clients in the South West of Western Australia.
