Repairs and Maintenance

We maintain our properties to the highest standard possible, taking normal wear and tear into account. However, we rely on tenants to tell us when things need attention outside of normal maintenance cycles.

  • Phone (08) 9791 5438 from 9am – 4pm to report maintenance issues.

  • Emergency maintenance for faults or damage which may put people’s lives, health or safety at risk.

  • Damage to Property
The cost of repair or replacement of an item or damage to property caused by a tenant, householder or tenant’s visitor, is the responsibility of the tenant. If Alliance Housing calls out a contractor in this instance, the cost of the call out, repair or replacement will be invoiced to the tenant.

About us
