COVID 19 Update

In response to the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are working to maintain services while reducing risks to our tenants, residents, contractors, staff and the community.

The WA Government following the latest health advice, has introduced a mask wearing requirement for all indoor settings for the South West from 6pm, Monday 17th January 2022.

We continue to promote and practice physical distancing and good hygiene to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff. Where we do have to go into people’s homes, we have procedures in place to ensure tenants, residents and staff are kept safe.

If you need to visit our office, please ensure that you are wearing a mask and you complete the mandatory sign in.

Services will continue to operate as usual and all contractors or staff coming into your home will wear a mask. We have prepared an information ‘Preparing for a property inspection’. This can also be found on the website under Tenant’s Information.

If the situation escalates and staff are required to work remotely, non-urgent maintenance and long term maintenance may be postponed. Should this occur, we will update you via the website.
