Preparing for a property inspection

 

Following the latest health advice, the WA Government has removed the mask wearing requirement for all indoor settings for the South West from 9th September 2022.

Alliance Housing will continue to carry out services as usual but with measures in place to reduce the risk to all stakeholders. We have prepared this information sheet for you to advise you of the procedure prior to inspections.

Informing you of an inspection:

We are operating business as usual at this stage, we will continue to advise you of a scheduled inspection by issuing a Form 19 in the mail, along with an information letter.

Checking prior to an inspection:

A staff member will SMS you prior to the inspection to confirm our visit.

Please contact us if you have experienced any of the following:

·      Are you or anyone in your household experiencing any flu like symptoms (cold, cough, temperature) or feeling unwell?

·      Have you been in contact with anyone in the past few days who have the above symptoms?

·      Are you or anyone in your household self isolating?
