If you wish to submit a request to make a minor modification to an Alliance Housing property, you
must use the form in the below link to seek approval prior to making any changes to the property.
If you wish to request further changes that are not noted on the minor modification form, then you will need to complete the below Alterations and Additions request form.
If you wish to install an external item, such as a garage or pergola, you will also need to contact your local council. Your council will inform you of the specific building requirements you must meet.
You may also be required to pay for a building permit. Complete all of this form and if appropriate, include building permits, plans and other documentation from your local council. You can also download a copy of this form at the bottom of this page, which can then be emailed or posted to your Tenancy Officer.
