A Morning of Pottery and Community

The Alliance Housing Christmas Tenant Forum, held at the Alliance Housing office on 17 December 2025, was a cheerful and enjoyable way to celebrate the festive season together. It was lovely to see so many tenants come along for a relaxed morning filled with laughter, creativity, and Christmas spirit.

One of the highlights of the morning was the pottery workshop with Gabby from Imperfect Painter. Tenants enjoyed getting their hands a little messy during two fun pottery activities. First, leaves were pressed into the clay to create beautiful natural patterns. The second session was a freestyle activity, where creativity really took over — and the results were fantastic. Many tenants came up with clever and creative pottery designs, sparking plenty of laughs and conversation. With Christmas music playing in the background, the room was buzzing with good vibes.

Once the pottery wrapped up, the smell of the BBQ let everyone know it was time to eat. Thanks to the kindness of Buckingham The Butchers, who donated 60 delicious sausages for the event, everyone enjoyed a tasty feast while catching up with friends old and new. Nothing beats a BBQ, especially with such a generous contribution!

The feedback from tenants said it all, with one person sharing:

“So nice to meet all of you, and to have chatted with people. Loved the pottery class, will have fun learning more on YouTube!”

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special, and a big thank you again to Buckingham The Butchers for helping make our Christmas celebration even more delicious. It was a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas and spend time together as the Alliance Housing community.
