A Creative Morning at the Tenant Forum

On September 24, 2025, our community came together for a peaceful and inspiring tenant forum—a guided watercolour painting session led by Gabby Holtfrom Imperfect Painter.

The session offered a chance to unwind, enjoy a light morning tea, and connect with others through creativity. With Gabby’s friendly guidance and engaging teaching style, everyone felt at ease, whether they were picking up a paintbrush for the first time or simply enjoying the moment. One attendee shared, “Gabby was very friendly, really engaged with everyone, and very helpful.”

The relaxed environment also gave tenants and board membersa valuable opportunity to mingle, share stories, and strengthen connections. “I loved the chance to get to know the team, meet other tenants, and hear their stories,” one participant said. Another added, “Very enjoyable—lots of laughs!”

The positive energy was clear throughout the morning, with many participants leaving the session proud of what they’d created and surprised by their own creative abilities.
