Kay Shaw

Chief Executive Officer

Kay joined Alliance Housing in May 2011, having worked previously for 22 years in a management role at a private accounting practice in the UK. Kay has a strong back ground in finance including auditing, accounts preparation, taxation planning, and budgeting. Kay has recently completed the Graduate Certificate of Social Science (Housing Management and Policy) at Swinburne University to enhance her skills and knowledge.  

As CEO of Alliance Housing, Kay is responsible for managing the strategic planning and operating objectives in line with policies determined by the Board. Kay works alongside a team that are passionate about positive outcomes for tenants and has a determination to grow community housing stock in the regions. Kay and the Alliance Housing team are unwavering in promoting their strong work ethic and values and are fully committed to achieving the organisational objectives.  

Kay is also a member of the Risk and Audit Committee.
